Membership application

Membership terms, dues & privacy
With this application and payment of dues, I hereby apply for membership in the Highland Lakes Amateur Radio Club, Inc. (HLARC). I understand that this application will be presented to the membership for a vote at the first regular meeting following receipt of this application. If for any reason membership is rejected, all dues accompanying the application will be returned to the applicant.
- Full (voting): An individual applicant with a valid amateur radio license. $24 per year.
- Family: Each additional licensed radio operator in the same immediate household as a paid Full member. All licensed hams are voting members. $26 total per household per year.
- Associate (non-voting): An unlicensed member or business wishing to support HLARC and its activities. $24 per year.
Membership is for one calendar year beginning January 1. Dues may be prorated at $2 per month for any class of member joining in March or later. The first family member must complete all sections. Additional family members may indicate “Family of (callsign)” on the address line and provide only information that is different from the Full member.
Payment: Make checks payable to Highland Lakes Amateur Radio Club Inc. This form submits your application; it does not collect payment.
Members' names and contact information will appear in a paper membership directory that only members may obtain. Your information will never be on the website or released to non-members. Members are encouraged to join the club email group to keep up with club news.
